Nano-Star NSC treatment was used to waterproof the roof garden pebble wash flooring above the car park.
It replaced the traditional hacking re-roofing method - saving up to 80% work time and lowering manpower costs.

HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (HIP)
HIP project commenced in January 2018 and over 800+ unit owners were given the option to use our nano repair system. Each toilet only took 3 hours to repair. Over 10,000 toilets have effectively used NSC to resolve water issues.

Before re-flooring the carpark lots, Nano-Star NSC was used to waterproof the flooring and reduce water leaks. This project was located right beside the Singapore River, and required a powerful water resistant coating to be effective.

WATER FEATURE POND
Water was leaking through the pond at the ground floor into the pharmacy below. To repair the leak, water was drained and NSC coating was used to coat the inside of the pond. The leak was resolved and the pond was up and running in 2 days.

TOILETS NANO PROTECTION
To manage the odor caused by toilet tiles absorbing excess urine, toilets in T3 were coated with NSC nano waterproofer. After treatment, urine was unable to penetrate the tiles.
Odor problem was effectively managed in all 85 units terminal wide.

GRANITE FLOORING
Nano-Star NSC nano coating was used to protect granite floorings at National University of Singapore (NUS) Bukit Timah Campus (BTC). To reduce efflorescence build up, NSC was the perfect transparent coating that would remain intact under large human traffic and harsh weather conditions while maintaining the original granite look.

U-HALL MURAL WALL
Nano-Star HDG V1 and NSC nano waterproofer was used in tandem to coat and restore the look of the mural wall at University Hall. The yellowed wall plagued with fungi was quickly restored after treatment, revealing a beautiful blue finishing.

To solve leakage through the science lab flooring of Singapore Chinese Girls' School (SCGS), NSC nano waterproofer was applied to all science lab floors. After coating, the leak was resolved with minimal inconvenience.

Waterproofing was done to the mineral painted walls at the MOH building situated in Singapore General Hospital. The white walls were protected by the transparent NSC nano coating.

Cold walls of the office building in Ministry of Communications near Clarke Quay was experiencing heavy condensation. To tackle this issue, Nano-Star Thermal Jacket (TMJ) was applied to all walls to stop condensate from damaging interior wall installations.

RECOVERY FACILITY
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Nano-Star team was brought in to consult and complete the conversion of Singapore Turf Club to a Community Recovery Facility (CRF). NSC was used on the entire carpark roofing for long lasting and fast action waterproofing.

Cold wind blowing from air con ducts located in Stadium MRT was causing condensation to drip onto the flooring, posing a safety hazard. Nano-Star TMJ was coated onto the vents to drastically reduce and stop heavy drips and condensation.

Expensive maintenance of glass facades and fabric roof awnings were systematically replaced by coating Nano-Star's NXG Nano Waterproofer for Glass and NSF Nano Waterproofer for Fabric to increase dirt and water run off, thereby reducing the frequency of cleaning.

Cold rooms throughout the university used TMJ Thermal Jacket Anti-Condensation Paint as the finishing coat on the ceiling to prevent future condensation issues. TMJ was the preferred alternative to the traditional insulation boards or air gap.

ROOM CONDENSATION
The artiste studio of STPI Creative Workshop & Gallery was experiencing ceiling condensation and mould due to the inconsistent air conditioning.
Nano-Star TMJ was applied onto the ceiling boards to stop condensation from forming, reducing fungi growth.

As the garden is exposed to the harsh Singapore sun, there is often a huge temperature differential between the interior spaces that are air-conditioned and those that are not. Staircase walls experienced condensation and mold issues. After applying TMJ, the walls were able to withstand temperature differential and wetness & mold-growth was significantly impeded.
