Nano-Star Waterproofing and Protection at BEX Asia
Nano-Star at BEX Asia 2025

From 3-5 September 2025, BEX Asia 2025 spanned the convention halls of Marina Bay Sands, showcasing industry leaders and key players of the built environment in Singapore.

The Nano-Star team had the chance to showcase our products, as well as share our commitment to continued innovation and excellence as we approach an ever-changing landscape.

Almost 400 contacts connected with us, and we look forward to future collaborations!

During the exhibition, some of our products that stood out were:

  • NSC Waterproofer: Our flagship product, a spray-on waterproofer for porous surfaces. Participants were impressed by the convenient application, as well as the huge reduction in manpower required and construction waste generated. As a non-invasive, non-toxic treatment, our NSC nano waterproofing system resolves water leaks within 24 hours. This is only a fraction of the time required by traditional waterproofing methods which can take up to a week.

  • TMJ Anti-Condensation Paint: The first response we usually get is "Anti-Condensation? What does that mean?". Our paint effectively reduces condensation by greatly lowering the temperature differences between surfaces, safeguarding it from moisture and damp. Just a single layer is sufficient to stop condensation enough such that the surface is protected from damage.

We also had the chance to share about other products such as our thermal screed, as well as self-cleaning and heat insulation glass coatings that are currently being engineered by our product development team.

The built environment holds countless possibilities ahead, especially in this age where sustainability is key. Using nanotechnology, our team remains committed to creating construction solutions that are stronger, faster, and cleaner.
